Processing & Delivery Times



  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard delivery may take up to 14 business days depending on your location and shipping method.
  • Some specialty, custom, or high-demand items may require additional processing or shipping time.




Delays & Exceptions



  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, customs (for international orders), and other unforeseen circumstances may affect your delivery date.




Shipping Confirmation & Tracking



  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.



Returns & Refunds Policy



We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund guidelines below.



Returns


  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Certain items such as custom, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.




Refunds



  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.




Exchanges


  • Exchanges may be available for select items. If the item is in stock, we will ship the replacement once the return is received.




Damaged or Defective Items


  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.




Return Shipping Costs


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).
